He grew up in Japan just after World War II, and in 1936, after graduation, went to Beth Israel Hospital in New York to study for a surgical residency program. As explained by Hiromi Shinya Japanese surgeon in prodigious enzyme, or his wife or his little daughter sit well changing country. Therefore, he dedicated his life to understanding the human body.

His wife died, as Shinya himself admitted: "Before (I) know enough to help her." With the two children she left, the girl and a child born later, things were better. The child suffered inflation of colon and girls, atopic dermatitis Shinya had never seen in his country. Both diseases disappeared when the father did disappear cow milk meals.

"I began to understand how vital it is to stop our health diet. This happened over 50 years ago, and since then I have examined the stomach and colon, like food stories of more than 300,000 patients," he says in the preface Shinya the book, first published in Japanese in 2005.

It also notes how the United States has declined since 1990 cancer deaths. The reason is for him to improve the eating habits of the report from the 1977 McGovern. Conversely, the Japanese health has worsened since the twentieth century Western habits like drinking imported cow milk.

From these experiences and dialogues with their patients, has drawn conclusions presented in a very clear and simple prodigious enzyme. The work, which became a bestseller has sold over two million copies worldwide, and has been strongly recommended by communication icons, here in Spain, where Aguilar has published the book in Spanish.
The enzyme, source of life

"We have over 5,000 enzymes in the human body that trigger perhaps 25,000 different reactions," said Dr. Shinya in the first pages of his treatise. He adds that every action of our body is controlled by enzymes, although it is known, to this day, some of them.

"I think," he says, "we believe all of these enzymes from a mother or basal enzyme, which is more or less limited in our body. If these enzymes exhausted mother" will not be enough to repair the cells, which, over time, will develop diseases such as cancer and other degenerative diseases, "he concludes.

This we have described would be basically the prodigious enzyme theory that developed this doctor who treats members of the royal family and high officials of Japan.
Prodigious Diet

The diet and lifestyle counseling Shinya must be based on foods that contain many enzymes (good food). The best foods are those that "grow in fertile soil, rich in minerals, without the use of chemicals and fertilizers" and eaten "immediately after being harvested."

"The more fresh are the vegetables, fruits, meat and fish more enzymes will". As for the cooking, Shinya not prohibited but not recommended to use high temperatures fulminarían enzymes.

Another basic ingredient in a healthy diet, would according to this book, the "good water" which is clearly not the tap, but the bottled or treated. The Japanese doctor admits that he drinks three glasses upon waking, three glasses an hour before meals and two an hour before going to bed.

Absolutely prohibits further milk and margarine ("throw it, if you have it in the fridge") for somewhat complex reasons explained in the book. As for what we can eat, should be distributed as follows:

- From 85 to 90% of plant foods.

- From 10 to 15% of animal protein (fish better than meat and better ones because the big fish contain mercury).

And last, but not least, chew each bite 30 to 70 times. Help the efficient absorption of the meal, we sated before, and ultimately prevents overeating.
