A TREATMENT DOES DISAPPEAR GREY HAIR FOR EVER
The
white hairs that cover our white
hair could be
numbered, according to a new European
study published in The FASEB
Journal. The authors have shown that people go gray as a result of a massive
oxidative stress process that
involves the accumulation of hydrogen
peroxide in the hair follicle, which causes hair to bleach itself from
within. And most importantly,
have found that this process can be remedied and "cured" treatment developed and patented by scientists themselves consisting of the activation of a pseudocatalase modified (PC-KUS) using ultraviolet
light.
"For generations, numerous remedies have been devised to hide the gray and try to return the artificial hair color," said Gerald Weissmann, editor in chief of The FASEB Journal. Now for the first time in history, we have developed a real treatment that gets to the root of the problem and repigments gray hair.
As if this were not enough, the method used to treat gray hair has also proven to be an effective cure against degenerative skin disease called vitiligo, which causes depigmentation of the skin parts for the massive destruction of melanocytes and affects 1 % of the population.
